Dear CPT Kiem Do:
Thank you very much for
your message and for organizing these two panel sessions. This is,
indeed, wonderful news! I will add these to the agenda and now develop
the final agenda for the conference, which I will distribute as soon as
possible.
I have conference
information that I need to share separately with all presenters. To ease
such communication, will you please provide me with the email addresses
for just the presenters via a separate message. Of course, the "To:"
line on your message allowed me to identify your address as well as that
of LCDR Cam Tran and CDR San Vu. I was not able to ID the addresses for
the first three presenters, though.
For everyone on this
distribution who is not presenting, please be advised that you have
until March 1 to make your reservations at the Conference hotel at the
reduced Conference rate. All of the information is available
online here to include the conference registration form:
There are different
reservation and registration instructions for presenters so, for our six
presenters, please await a separate message to you that will provide all
necessary information. I will send that once I receive the email
addresses from CPT Kiem Do.
Lastly, while I am
working diligently to complete my dissertation, i am still ABD on my
Ph.D. in history and am not yet a "Dr." Regardless, I will be much more
honored if you all simply call me "Steve."
Thank you, again, to you
and everyone who has helped to put together these two panels. I will
remain in consistent communication with you between now and the
